Any item that is unopened, unused, does not have a broken or opened seal and in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

During the first lighting of the candle, please allow it to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge.
Before you light the candle the next time, trim your wick each time, removing any "bloom" from the previous burn. Trim the wick to 1/4-1/2" in length.
Try not to allow wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool.
