We require a major credit card to schedule an appointment online or over the phone.

You will not be charged at the time of your booking, however your credit card will remain on file to be used as payment for your service if you wish to use it.

Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible and notify us of by calling 267-312-0929 or ringing the doorbell located outside of the building.

If you arrive too early, you may be asked to wait outside.

If you are running late, please notify us ASAP.

If you arrive more than 10 mins late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, however your service may be cut short due to scheduling and time constraints.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you are able to do so using the Vagaro Booking Software/Website 48 hours before your scheduled appointment begins.

Alternatively you can contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment but that you do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment begins.

For all missed appointments or those NOT rescheduled or cancelled no later than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time begins, Skin Devotee Facial Studio reserves the right to charge a "Cancellation Fee" of $150.

"No-Shows" will be charged for the full amount of the service.

If a no-show fee is NOT paid for in full, all/any future appointments will be automatically forfeited and the client will not be allowed to book again.

All prices for services and products are subject to change.

Services are by appointment only. We are not able to accommodate walks-in at this time.
