Skin Devotee currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Because we sell professional-grade skincare and personal care products, our return policy is structured to protect product integrity, hygiene standards and authenticity.

Please review carefully.

ONLINE PURCHASES - RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened
  • The original seal is intact
  • The item is unused
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of skincare products, opened, used, altered or tampered items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, email: shop@skindevotee.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs showing the unopened condition

Return authorization must be issued before any item is sent back.

Items shipped without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified fulfillment error on our part.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale:

  • Opened skincare or personal care products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Product samples
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

These exclusions are standard for hygiene-based consumer products.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A product damaged in transit
  • The wrong item due to a fulfillment error

You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping label

We will review the documentation and determine appropriate resolution.

We remain responsible for accurate fulfillment of your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (for example, UPS), the shipment is in the care of the carrier.

We rely on carrier-provided documentation, including:

  • Tracking scans
  • GPS delivery confirmation
  • Delivery photographs
  • Signature confirmation (when applicable)

Carrier confirmation of delivery to the address provided at checkout constitutes completed delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER CONFIRMED DELIVERY

If a carrier confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout, the order is considered delivered.

Skin Devotee is not responsible for packages reported lost or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery unless the carrier determines a delivery error occurred.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a secure delivery address
  • Monitoring tracking
  • Retrieving packages promptly

If a carrier investigation determines a verified delivery error, we will cooperate with the carrier resolution process.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an address provided by the customer that is later determined to be incorrect are not eligible for refund once shipped.

REFUSED DELIVERY AND RETURN TO SENDER

If a shipment is refused or returned to sender:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping and carrier fees may be deducted from any approved refund

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

If an unopened item qualifies for return and is approved, you may place a new order separately.

REFUNDS

If a return is approved and received:

  • The item will be inspected
  • Refund approval will be confirmed by email

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute.

If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we will provide the payment processor and issuing bank with:

  • Order confirmation
  • Fulfillment documentation
  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Applicable store policies in effect at time of purchase

Disputes are evaluated by the issuing bank based on documented evidence.

POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE

This policy applies to orders placed on or after the date it is published. Policies in effect at the time of purchase govern that transaction.

Skin Devotee reserves the right to update policies prospectively.
