Thank you for shopping with Skin Devotee.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times vary between 2 to 5 business days.
Orders once processed typically ship from Pennsylvania within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (for example, UPS).
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using major carriers such as UPS.
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier and scanned into their system, the shipment is in the care and custody of the carrier.
Carrier tracking and delivery scans are relied upon to determine delivery status.
Risk of Loss & Delivery Completion
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Delivery is considered completed when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. This may include:
- A delivery scan
- GPS confirmation
- Photo confirmation
- Signature confirmation (if selected)
Skin Devotee is responsible for proper fulfillment and accurate shipment of your order. However, once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, we rely on the carrier's records to determine delivery status.
Signature & Insurance Options
For higher-value orders, signature confirmation and additional shipping insurance may be required.
For orders below our signature threshold, customers may request signature confirmation at the time of purchase.
If signature confirmation is selected, delivery is considered completed once the carrier obtains a signature at the delivery address.
Delivery Issues
If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date so that we can assist in initiating a carrier review while investigation windows remain open.
We will cooperate fully with the carrier during any investigation. Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.
Carrier delivery records including scans, GPS data and delivery photos are relied upon in reviewing claims of non-delivery.
Lost, Stolen or Misdelivered Packages
If a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout and no carrier error is determined, the order is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the provided address.
Customers are encouraged to:
- Monitor tracking updates
- Retrieve packages promptly
- Provide secure delivery locations where possible
If a carrier determines that a shipment was lost or mishandled prior to confirmed delivery, we will work with the carrier according to their claims process.
Skin Devotee reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. All policies are subject to change.
