Spa Policies
We require a valid email address, phone number and a major credit card to schedule an appointment online or over the phone.
Your credit card will not be charged at the time of your booking, however it will remain on file to be used as payment for your service if you wish to use it.
Appointment inquires are usually answered within 24 hours and during business hours only. Please leave a voicemail or send us a text with any questions regarding appointments.
For your convenience, our booking app is available to you 24/7.
You can take advantage of our waitlist feature on our scheduling app. In the event that a booked slot opens up, you will be notified immediately via email or text.
Our online waitlist is prioritized on a first-come, first-serve basis and is available to you 24/7.
Skin Devotee Facial Studio is a private facility and we can only accommodate one client at a time.
Upon arrival, please ring the bell located at the entrance or simply text us at (267) 312-0929. If you arrive too early for your appointment, you may be asked to wait or come back when we're ready to see you.
If you are running late, please notify us ASAP.
If you arrive more than 10 mins late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, however your service may be cut short due to scheduling and time constraints.
At Skin Devotee, we adhere to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel using the Vagaro app at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% equal to the price of your scheduled appointment.
Appointments cannot be canceled online within 48 hours of the start time.
For emergencies, call or text at (267) 312-0929.
Customers with multiple and frequent cancellations will lose their online booking privileges and will require a 50% deposit for future appointments.
No-shows will be charged the full amount, and unpaid fees mean no future bookings.
All policies are subject to change.
Services are by appointment only. We are not able to accommodate walks-in at this time.
Orders
When you place an order, you will view a receipt page containing an order confirmation number. If you do not see a receipt page after submitting your order, your order was not submitted successfully.
When you place an order a copy of your receipt will also be sent to the email address that you included in your order.
Before your order has been prepared for shipment, our customer service team can help you add or remove items in your order. Should you wish for us to do so please contact us.
An order may be cancelled if it has not been processed and prepared for shipment.
To cancel your order, please contact us during business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern from Tuesday-Friday) for immediate assistance.
Skin Devotee reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Payments
We do not accept cash for products and services.
We strongly encourage paying for your products and services with a major debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards with US billing addresses.
For any other types of payment you will directed to that payment gateway's page to 'Log in' into your payment account if you have one with them and proceed in that way to pay for your order.
For gratuity we accept one of the following methods of payment:
- cash
- VENMO
- or you can have gratuity added on to the cost of your service.
By law, Skin Devotee collects all applicable sales taxes from the following States & U.S. Territory:

Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states as well as Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. nor do we offer international shipping at this time.

Orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern will be processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery time of your order depends on the availability of the product, the shipping destination and shipping method chosen.
Shipping Methods we offer:
Free Economy Shipping (5-8 Business Days) is eligible on orders of $100 or more, after discounts, without accounting for any shipping and handling costs.
Orders are processed and picked up by the carrier for shipment to you within 3-5 business days upon receipt of your order. You will receive an email from us if items are on backorder or are out of stock.

Once you place an order you will receive an email from Skin Devotee with information and any updates about your order.
You can then track your order by these methods:
• Go to this UPS tracking Webpage and enter your tracking info.
• From your account, you can view the status of your order, reorder products, create and share a wishlist and more.
• If you did not register for an account, please contact us for your order information.
Signatures are required for any order over $500.
If you do not wish to provide a signature upon delivery you can either include in the notes section during checkout process of your order or contact us.
If you are unable be present to receive your delivery for any reason, we suggest contacting the carrier to inform them of your situation.
Alternatively we suggest signing up with any service that the carrier offers as a convenience to address your shipping concerns.
Yes we offer Local Pickup.
For Local Pick up, all local orders placed will be fulfilled within 24 hours and ready for pick up on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready, with the pick up times.
To pick up your order please call 267-312-0929 to schedule a pick up day and time during our business hours.
Skin Devotee Facial Studio is open:
Tuesday - Thursday: 12pm - 7pm
Friday: 10am - 5pm
We are closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday and on major holidays.
If you place an order on the days we are closed, then your order will be ready the next business day when we reopen.
A confirmation email will be sent to you to inform you of your order pick up.
Please note:
You have 14 business days to pick up your order. If you fail to pickup your order within this time your order will be refunded for the full amount and the product returned to our inventory.
This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.
Once your order leaves Skin Devotee facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim for lost or stolen packages with the carrier by clicking the link below:

We do not offer refunds or replacements of products on any lost or stolen packages, as the package is in the responsibility of the shipping company.
Every order is carefully inspected and packaged. Once your order leaves Skin Devotee facility it is in the hands of the shipping company/carrier.
If the products have been damaged during the shipping process (that is after leaving our facilities), you will need to file a claim with the shipping company/carrier that was used.
You will need to provide information like high resolution photos of the damaged shipping box and/or the item(s) as proof.
We will provide you with any relevant information regarding you order, should you need to open up a claim with the carrier.
We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds on any products that were damaged during the shipping process.
Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns for any online purchases made at skindevotee.com.
We offer exchanges or store credit for in-store purchases only.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
Any item that is unopened, unused, does not have a broken or opened seal and in its original packaging can be exchanged in-store within 14 days of the purchase date.
All sale/special promotional items are final.

Skin Devotee offers Free Shipping on any order over $100 and Free Samples upon specific request only, with every order, while supplies last.
To request samples, simply add a note to your order and request the specific product samples you wish to try.

PHYSICAL GIFT CARD
Skin Devotee Facial Studio Gift Card is a physical Gift Card that you can purchase exclusively at our physical location in Philadelphia.
You can only use this physical Gift Card in-store, towards purchases of products and services.
To check your balance on your Gift Certificate or physical Gift Card contact us to look up your balance using your:
• full name of the purchaser or recipient
• full gift card number
No. Gift Certificates and physical Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, subject to applicable law.
GIFT CERTIFICATE
Skin Devotee online Boutique online gift certificate can be purchased online.
This gift certificate can be redeemed for all skincare products and services at Skin Devotee Facial Studio.
