Neil brings a global perspective and a deeply hands-on approach to Skin Devotee Facial Studio, shaped by his multicultural upbringing in India and Dubai. After studying Interior Design in the U.S. and spending years in the technology and creative industries, he eventually made his way to Philadelphia, where adaptability, thoughtful execution and people-first service guide everything he does.

Since co-founding Skin Devotee in 2021, Neil has been instrumental in shaping the studio's internal structure and supporting its growth. As Spa Director, he oversees the systems behind the scenes, including daily operations, logistics, vendor coordination, inventory management, client communications, scheduling support and e-commerce fulfillment.

Known for his calm, easy-going presence and practical problem-solving style, Neil is often the first point of contact for the esthetician team and serves as the steady force ensuring a seamless experience for guests, both in-studio and online.

Outside the studio, Neil enjoys photography, learning guitar and piano, cooking, and other creative pursuits that keep curiosity at the center of life. His philosophy is simple: stay genuine, lead with integrity and treat people as you would like to be treated.
